AVP CRE Appraiser

Conduct commercial real estate appraisals in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Analyze market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations.

Prepare detailed appraisal reports for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with the banking team to provide insights on property valuations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and industry regulations.

Ensure all appraisals meet audit and compliance standards.

Support the review and approval of third-party appraisals.

Assist in developing appraisal policies and procedures for the organization.

A successful AVP CRE Appraiser should have :

• 5+ years in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and market research.
• Knowledge of banking regulations related to real estate appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

$95,000 - $130,000 base salary.
