In this role, you will be the go-to resource for employees' day-to-day technology needs, ensuring smooth operations, quick troubleshooting, and reliable system performance. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve technology issues for employees.
  • Rollout, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support business continuity and security systems, including backups and monitoring.
  • Manage VoIP phone systems, printers, and other devices.
  • Deploy and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and applications.
  • Partner with vendors and escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows Server, VMWare, networking, and hardware.
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 2 years' IT experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, patience, and customer-focused skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
