Overview
Role : BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – Full-time
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide well-rounded, interdisciplinary care
- Work in a fully equipped center with therapy rooms, gross motor areas, and play spaces
