Has dreams of one day owning their own pharmacy Want flexibility in scheduling Desire autonomy and respect in your leadership Want your compensation to reflect your impact , not just your hours Are ready to expand your skills and push the boundaries of pharmacy care Want to be part of a pharmacy that values integrity, service, and innovation Pharmacy Leadership & Supervision : Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff and technicians MicroMerchant (PrimeRx) Oversight : Ensure optimal use of our pharmacy management system Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure full adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, HIPAA, and quality standards Patient Experience : Foster a patient-first culture by delivering empathetic, thorough, and timely care Inventory & Financial Stewardship : Monitor inventory, manage COGS, and ensure the financial health of the pharmacy Training & Mentorship : Mentor technicians and interns; facilitate continuous education Bilingual Communication : Fluency in Spanish preferred to better serve our diverse community PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree Active New York State Pharmacist License (in good standing) At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy ; supervisory or lead pharmacist experience strongly preferred Experience with MicroMerchant / PrimeRx (strongly preferred) Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Passionate about team development and process improvement Competitive Pay with Bonus Potential Paid Time Off Flexible Scheduling Employee Discounts Professional Development Support Opportunities for EQUITY

Job Type : Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay : $75.00 – $80.00+ per hour (commensurate with experience)
Expected Hours : 32 – 40 per week
