Sr. Foreman - Workover
The supervisory position oversees a crew of hourly employees and / or contract staff responsible for oil and gas field operations in order to direct the day-to-day field operations activities for an assigned functional area, which may include plant, field maintenance, drilling, completions, construction, or pipeline.
Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of the Sayre Field Office (14 Chesapeake Lane, Sayre, PA 18840) to be considered for this position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates the day-to-day work activities for a team of field personnel and contractors
- Inspects work progress, equipment, construction sites to verify safety or and to ensure specifications are met
- Estimates materials and worker requirements needed to complete jobs
- Orders or requisitions materials and supplies to complete jobs
- Confers with managerial or technical personnel to resolve problems and issues that arise
- Seeks opportunities to streamline processes, optimize productivity, eliminate inefficiencies, and cut costs
- Attends production, completion and safety meetings as needed
- Performs all work in accordance with Expand's EHS guidelines, as well as government regulations and codes
- Liaison between field and headquarters
- Acts as a lead when the superintendent is unavailable
- Provides direct supervision of personnel; participates in decisions involving hiring, promotion, compensation, and termination of employment

Minimum : High School Diploma or GED and 8 - 12 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education of 12 - 16 years related work experience
