Job Description

Site Supervisor - Residential Construction

• Supervise all aspects of luxury residential interior construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and process RFIs and submittals to maintain smooth project workflow.
• Utilize Procore software to track project progress and documentation.
• Oversee on-site safety compliance and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to address project needs.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available to meet project schedules.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
