About The Position

Specialty  Valley View Hospital-AP-Physician-0004

State  CO

Location  1906 Blake Ave Glenwood Springs Colorado 81601

Requirements  Onsite DX locum needed with light IR M-F 8am - 5pm

1 weekend a month call

Will be reading at one location and that location has multiple locations on one work list so will need to be credentialed at all sites :

Aspen Valley Health

Pioneers

Grand River

Valley View

Yampa Valley Medical Center

All modalities plus mammo screeners

Lite IR - Paras, Thoras, Lumbar punctures, and ultrasound guided procedures.

80% Dx / 20% Lite IR

Volume Expectation is 80 RVUs a shift.

RP PACS and Clario

Call $500 day, Fri,Sat, Sun

$4,000 shift plus hotel
