Solutions Director

Overview

Establishes and implements strategies to identify and address delivery issues. Directs the development, implementation, and execution of programs, policies and systems, which protect company assets and minimizes risk exposure, thereby enhancing profitability. Responsible for overseeing administration of the ASM Corporate Shared Services Center (CSSC).

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports all performance risks / issues on contracts and formulates an action plan for recovery.
• Addresses customer delivery issues to the satisfaction of the customer and maintains quality of delivery by monitoring and measuring performance and delivery of solutions.
• Identifies causes, gathers and processes relevant information, generates possible solutions, and makes recommendations and / or resolves the problem
• Anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameters
• Oversees administration of the ASM Corporate Shared Services Center (CSSC).
• Overall responsibility for leading the program, department, or functional area as designated. Oversees, directs, and mentors subordinate staff; communicates job expectations and enforces organizational policies, procedures and core values; responsible for recruiting staff, approving timecards, and conducting performance reviews and disciplinary measures.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Program Management or equivalent relevant experience; Master's Degree preferred

10+ years of experience, 5+ years in government contracting with 7+ years of management experience

The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
