Requirements

Active Compact or Wyoming (WY) LPN license in-hand

Prior PCC (Patient Care Center) experience required

Previous travel LPN experience required

Responsibilities :

Provide safe and effective patient care during night shifts

Assist RNs and the healthcare team with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation

Follow facility policies and procedures for patient safety and compliance

Communicate patient status and concerns to the healthcare team

Highlights :
