A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate program features and marketing content effectiveness using customer response, conversion, and retention metrics

Conduct statistical testing of A / B and multivariate experiments to drive data-backed decisions

Design, build and maintain metrics and reports on program health, ensuring stakeholders have access to relevant data insights

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 7 years' experience working with large-scale datasets in a business intelligence or data analyst role

Expertise in SQL for complex data querying

Experience in Python for coding and analytical model building

Advanced degree in a related field (math / statistics, computer science) or marketing is highly desirable

Preferably a background in technology, marketing, finance, statistics, data mining, or social science
