Trust & Estate Paralegal – Naples Florida

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Paralegal to join its growing Estates & Trusts Practice Group. The paralegal in this role will provide essential support to attorneys handling a wide range of trust and estate administration and planning matters. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a collaborative and professional work environment.

Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration, including preparing probate filings, accountings, inventories, and estate tax returns.

Draft a variety of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for review by attorneys.

Maintain and organize client files, track deadlines, and coordinate communications with clients, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and summaries related to trust and estate matters.

Record and bill time accurately in accordance with firm standards.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a trust and estate paralegal in a law firm setting.

Paralegal Degree or Certificate (required)

Strong understanding of Florida probate law, estate administration procedures, and fiduciary accounting.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management and billing software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple trust and estate files efficiently.

No more than 4 jobs in the last 10 years

Compensation : Salary range of $60,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, along with full benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
