A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will lead a team of Customer Experience Advocates.
Key Responsibilities :
Cultivates an inclusive, customer-focused team environment through clear communication and shared decisions
Evaluates team goals and uses data-driven analysis to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience
Monitors individual performance, provides feedback, and manages performance through recognition and coaching
Required Qualifications :
Preferred 3+ years of experience in life insurance operations or operations management, ideally in a call center setting
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
Ability to apply strong analytical skills and use data to inform decisions
Experience in fostering a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment
