Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity calls for a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across multiple K-12 locations within a dynamic school district. The position is contract-to-hire, providing a pathway to a potential longer-term role. The workweek consists of 35 hours, Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible through October 1st.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Provide training and support to school staff on best practices in behavior analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations.

Qualifications and Experience :

Location : Lowell, MA area with assignments at multiple district-wide schools.
