Unit staffing description : 2 Patient Care Technicians per shift, 1 Unit Secretary during day shift

Type of equipment : Documentation system is Meditech

Scheduling requirements : 4 weekend days, nights include Saturday and Sunday

Floating policy : As needed

Patient Experience requirements include : Whiteboards, Bedside Shift Report, Hourly Safety Rounds

This unit features dedicated education.

Most improved Patient Experience awards have been achieved.

Communication is facilitated through the use of mobile phones.

The unit utilizes advanced technology and equipment.

There are schedule options available for staff.

The staff has significant tenure and experience.
