Sales Executive
BW Flexible Systems is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our business in the Southeast territory by securing new machinery orders for our packaging solutions. In this role, you'll develop and implement business strategies to expand our client base and foster customer loyalty while working within our global corporate structure. This position requires heavy travel and will support the Southeast territory including AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, GA, SC, & FL. The Sales Executive must reside in the territory.
Key responsibilities include :
- Meet or exceed sales quota for BW Flexible Systems packaging machinery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Analyze industry and client data to create effective account strategies
- Provide detailed customer requirements to develop accurate and timely sales proposals
- Track competitive landscape and customer needs to enhance our market position
- Resolve customer claims and complaints following company processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software for all customer interactions and opportunities
- Develop working knowledge of relevant finance mechanisms for the region
- Promote additional company services (TCO, parts, training, field service)
- Identify opportunities and facilitate product demonstrations
- Forecast monthly / quarterly sales activity and execute territory business plans
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (or technical degree with proven industry experience) preferred5+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experienceSolid knowledge of packaging machinery used in food, chemical, animal feed, milling, B2B and CPG industries3+ years of experience with complex systems sales process and / or packaging machineryKey account management experience with major CPG companiesExperience in packaging machinery wholesale business model working with distributors and agentsSkills & competencies :

The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary between $75,000-$95,000 plus high earning potential in uncapped commissions in addition to a robust benefits package.
