Operations Manager – Impact Window Industry (South Florida)
Location : South Florida (Coverage from Jupiter to the Florida Keys; 90% of work between Fort Lauderdale and Miami)

Compensation : $100,000 – $120,000 annually + $800 / month car allowance + company credit card for fuel

Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field and office operations within the impact window industry. This role ensures that all installation projects meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while leading multiple teams and maintaining strong communication between the field and management. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English / Spanish) leader with extensive experience in South Florida’s impact window sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all operational activities across multiple project sites.Supervise 4 direct reports and over 60 indirect field staff.Maintain schedules, budgets, and project quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues promptly.Coordinate with sales, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to staff.Conduct site visits regularly to assess progress, quality, and safety (approximately 60% field work).Prepare reports for senior management and participate in strategic planning.Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of management experience within the impact window or related construction industry .Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple job sites.Strong understanding of installation processes, safety standards, and quality control.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluent in Spanish (required).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Based in South Florida with the ability to travel regularly from Jupiter to the Keys (primarily between Fort Lauderdale and Miami).Compensation and Perks
