2+ years of experience in ED with some PEDS experience and travel experience.

Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC

NY RN state License

EMR Exp Required : EPIC

Job Description :

Unit : Emergency Department

Shift : 10 : 30 am-11 pm (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)

Charge Capability : HIGHLY PREFERRED

Floating Required : Yes

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

Unit Specifics :

Common patient diagnosis : Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure

Specialty Equipment : Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun

Patients : Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric

Number of Beds in the Unit : 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych
