Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) Global Product Strategy

Overall responsibility for a major group within the Product Development organization. Provides direction, leadership, and specialist knowledge to the Product Development team.

Oracle is seeking a visionary leader to drive the global product strategy for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM). This leader will define the direction of Oracle's SCM portfolio, guide product innovation, and ensure alignment with customer needs and Oracle's enterprise AI and cloud strategy.

The GVP / SVP of Product Strategy will partner with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a clear vision and execution plan positioning Oracle as the leader in modern, intelligent, and integrated supply chain solutions.

Define and Execute Strategy : Develop and maintain a long-term vision for Oracle's SCM Cloud applications, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance, aligned with Oracle's AI roadmap.

Drive Innovation : Partner with development to prioritize investments, guide the roadmap, and introduce next-generation capabilities like AI Agents, predictive insights, Connected equipment, and robotic automation.

Customer and Market Leadership : Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to understand trends, gather feedback, and represent Oracle's strategic direction to senior executives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work across ERP, HCM, and CX to ensure end-to-end process integration and a consistent Fusion Cloud experience.

Thought Leadership : Represent Oracle SCM at industry events and analyst briefings, clearly communicating Oracle's SCM differentiation.

Business Growth : Partner with go-to-market teams to identify growth opportunities, refine competitive positioning, and drive adoption.

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $320,000 to $594,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
