Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is a plusProven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyBenefits
