Plumber – Residential & New Construction
Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and new construction projects
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades
- Follow building plans and blueprints accurately
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues and emergencies
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pressure tanks, pumps, and sewage ejector systems
