Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all general ledger activities, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, post journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and perform account analysis.
• Act as primary preparer for month-end and quarter-end close, maintaining calendars, checklists, and reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Partner with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and ensure timely completion of audit requests.
• Support system implementations, including ERP upgrades and accounting software integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, AP, Payroll, and Tax teams to align policies and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large organization.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and modern accounting tools; experience with AI / automation tools a plus.
