Job Summary :

The Staff RN provides professional nursing care by applying clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. As the primary caregiver, the RN collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and patients / families to achieve optimal outcomes. The position works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
