A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements rating engine strategies and specifications for policy administration systems
Conducts data analysis and testing to support business units' analytics needs and rating algorithms
Manages project execution, timelines, and data deliverables while ensuring compliance with data governance policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, actuarial science, data science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in data management, data analysis, or insurance analytics
Preferred insurance experience
Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, Visual Basic, JAVA, or PostGreSQL
Strong knowledge of analytical and data terminology, concepts, and theory
