Position Overview : The Inside Sales / Broker Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales in our disposal and recycling services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a customer-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect and generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns or service-related issues.
• Establish rapport with clients to understand their waste and recycling needs, provide tailored service options, and close sales.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings in the waste disposal market.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining company profitability.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing top-tier support and service.
