Our Revenue Integrity team is rapidly expanding to support accurate charge capture, compliance, documentation, monitoring, analytics, training and financial sustainability across all service lines.
About the Role
As a Revenue Integrity Analyst , you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s revenue cycle. This position ensures compliance, accurate billing, and optimal reimbursement through data analysis, auditing, and collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Perform daily revenue integrity activities , including charge capture and compliance monitoring.
- 📚 Research topics for revenue integrity education and training programs.
- ✅ Conduct reviews and present findings for corrective action.
- 🤝 Collaborate with CDM Management teams to maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) and workflows.
- 📊 Support and maintain reporting on charge capture activities and CDM updates.
- 🌐 Monitor regulatory changes at national, state, and local levels; tailor programs accordingly.
- 🛠 Serve as a resource for organizational and operational matters related to revenue integrity.
- 📈 Track and report initiatives , including status and reimbursement outcomes.

🏥 Billing & Compliance : Review claims for errors, overcharges, and underpayments; ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.📈 Data Analysis : Analyze payment trends, monitor missed charges, charge lags, and duplicates using data tools.🤝 Collaboration : Work with clinical, coding, and billing teams to resolve issues; provide training on coding and documentation.📝 Reporting & Auditing : Conduct audits for professional and hospital services; prepare reports and present findings.Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education : High School diploma + 4 years experience OR Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree💼 Experience : Healthcare revenue cycle management, coding, and compliance preferred.🔍 Skills : Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems.Benefits Upon Conversion
