Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Sales Enablement Director to develop and execute a comprehensive business and sales enablement strategy aligned with the Digital Flexo Solutions BU strategic objectives and business goals. This role is critical in defining and harmonizing globally our sales processes while ensuring a standard onboarding, training and development plans for the commercial teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching and developing people and excels in collaboration and project management with solid experience in complex sales processes in printing and packaging industry. The role would require 20% travel (40 days / year).
You may be based in Germany, Belgium, or the UK and work remotely.

Commercially savvy with analytical and strong commercial skills
Team player experience in building and leading virtual teams with an engaging personality that interacts with high levels of optimism and energy to create spark, shared ambition, and focus.
Understanding of market aware of business trends impacting the industry and having an opinion
Desire to win and naturally competitive resilient and inspired by an innate motivation to achieve results
Passion for excellence able to "get the job done". Strong relationship management and communication skills at senior executive level
Situationally self-aware - tailor communication style and message to ensure maximum impact on different audiences. Ability to work and operate in multi-cultural and multi-lingual business environments.
Track record of success have a history of success in IT / Services sales or alliances
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
7-10 years of experience in sales management roles with complex sales processes, preferably in the packaging industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales programs that have driven measurable results or
Deep understanding of the sales process and the challenges faced by sales teams in the Packaging market.
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, Spin Selling, Solution Selling, or Value Selling.
Experience with sales enablement technologies, such as sales asset management systems, CRM platforms, and learning management systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
