About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence and support ongoing process improvement initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 6 : 30AM to 4 : 30PM, Friday 6 : 30AM to 12 : 00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.
• Lead or facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping sessions.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures, visual management systems, and performance tracking methods.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to prioritize and execute improvement projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean tools, problem-solving techniques, and best practices.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout all levels of the organization.

We are growing the MHC team to increase our ability to serve the rapidly growing Charlotte area.
