Bread Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker / Dough Maker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and baking bread for our high volume restaurant.

Responsibilities :

• Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough following specific recipes
• Cut, form, and shape dough to form bread; also seed and score bread
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as mixers, and ovens
• Monitor dough fermentation process to ensure quality and consistency
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Assist in inventory management of ingredients and supplies
