Answer and direct incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointmentsManage designers' appointment calendars in CRMGreet visitors and assist with office support needsDeliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production / installation departmentComplete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skillsRequirements
