CAPV Head Start & Early Learning Programs is seeking a skilled and thoughtful individual to join our team of Infant / Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants in providing reflective, capacity-building support to educators, staff, parents, and caregivers of young children ages 0-5 in Hampshire, Franklin and Western Hampden counties. Consultants engage in child / classroom observation, scaffolding emotionally- and trauma-responsive teaching practices, psychoeducation to staff and families, and facilitate referrals to providers in the community.

Must be a Masters-level licensed mental health professional with at least 1 year of early childhood mental health experience. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Satisfactory completion of a complete background record check, including CORI, DCF, SORI and fingerprint-based checks is required.

Position is 28 hours per week. Pay range is $31.30 / hr to $33.20 / hr. No billing / productivity requirements, weekends, or on-call.
