Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing compassionate care and assistance to residents in our long-term care facility. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will deliver resident-centered nursing care and help with daily living activities, ensuring each resident feels valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting residents with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Obtaining and recording vital signs while delivering holistic and psychological support.
• Facilitating mobility through proper transfer techniques and exercises.
• Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and providing hydration.
• Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Contributing to a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.

Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are at least 16 years old. While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, it is not required. Previous experience as a nursing assistant in long-term care is a plus. To be successful in this role, you must :
