Warehouse Associate

EMCOR Hyre Electric Co. of Indiana, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate. This position is located in our South Bend, IN warehouse. The Warehouse Associate / Driver will be responsible for handling materials, supplies and equipment, including tools, operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive 24ft stake bed
• Have an excellent attitude towards safety and a firm commitment to safety protocols.
• Process and load orders for delivery to jobsites in a timely manner.
• Safely load / unload trucks.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe and well organized.
• Have a strong understanding of inventory control.
• Verify accuracy of delivery documents. Complete documentation that materials received match the shipping tickets and bills of lading.
• Have the ability to identify, document and resolve discrepancies in goods received and inventory counts.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Complete all safety and general training required for the position.
