Moss is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of our Solar Division. This role is instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly across a high-growth, fast-paced national solar business. You will manage complex travel logistics, including private aviation, coordinate leadership meetings and off-site events, and act as a trusted partner handling confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, hospitality-minded, and thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Strategic & Operational Support
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal / external stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and vendors
  • Prepare briefing materials and background documents for meetings and presentations
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely completion
  • Monitor progress on key projects and ensure follow-through on assigned action items
  • Assist with event planning for leadership meetings, offsites, and corporate functions
  • Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff across departments to align priorities and scheduling
  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accurate records management

Education And Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a large organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Occasional travel for site visits, special events, and venue evaluations
