Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and providing fast, friendly service
• Accurately checking guest identification
• Ensuring dress code procedures are enforced
• Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to company guidelines
• Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
• Handling situations quickly, efficiently, and safely
• Diffusing difficult situations
• Ensuring safety of both guests and staff throughout the venue
• Other duties as assigned
