Production Manager - Manufacturing Dairy Plant - Robinson - TX
Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state-of-the-art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon, Half Gallon, Whole, 2%, 1%, Skim, and 1% Chocolate Milk for Walmart's Great Value and Sam's Club's Member's Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmart's commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high-quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our Fluid Milk Plant operations in Robinson, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring compliance with Walmart's code of conduct, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and food safety regulations.

The Robinson, TX Milk Processing Facility is currently under construction and is projected to be running in March 2026. Once the facility is running at full capacity, this position will work a production shift that takes place over weekends FridaySunday, 6 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM. Until the facility is fully operational, the regular work hours will be Monday- Friday 7 : 00am- 3 : 30pm. However, please keep in mind that you will need to be flexible to work outside of regular work hours, including weekends, until the facility is running at full capacity.

Minimum Qualifications :
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, food science, engineering, business management, or related area and 5 years' experience in progressive leadership roles in a manufacturing environment. Option 2 : 10 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing or dairy processing.
Preferred Qualifications :
10 years' experience in Safe Quality Foods (SQF) or other Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) formats, Clean in Place / Clean Out of Place (CIP / COP) and other sanitation equipment, writing and maintaining standard operating procedures, or writing and maintaining Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
