JOB DESCRIPTION : HUMAND REOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER [ HRBP] career opportunity for a major Company's Manufacturing Plant located in Ft Payne , AL. 200 non union employees. Position includes all the work functions of a Manufacturing HRBP. Reports to an off site HR Leader.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Site Leadership Team on management of all Employees, HR Policies and Practices.
- Become a confidant of the Plant Manager.
- Coach and counsel Plant Managers and Supervisors. Work as a Consultant.
- Identify and support Change Management Initiatives.
- Help build an Employee Work Culture.
