Opportunities and Responsibilities
Perform elaborate setups on Star Swiss machines with precision and efficiency.Load and monitor parts, ensuring alignment with manufacturing specifications.Oversee tool usage and execute timely replacements for optimal operation.Assess parts using mechanical gauges and ensure configurations comply with quality standards.Knowledgeably apply GD&T principles in alignment with setup and production prints.Lead Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices effectively throughout the workspace.Your Expertise and Experience
A minimum of four years in a production or job shop environment is crucial.Familiarity with planning systems like Epicor enhances your candidacy.Deep understanding of four and five-axis machining is required.Expertise in operating Swiss Star equipment is expected.Machinery and software you'll navigate :
High-performance CNC Swiss Lathes (Star, Citizen, Tsugami).State-of-the-art CAM platforms like Mastercam, Esprit, Mazatrol.Multi-axis CNC Lathes (e.g., Mazak).
