The Philanthropy Operations Learning Manager will design and deliver high quality virtual and in-person learning experiences, e-learning, and microlearning that drive effective fundraising operations, foster a culture of philanthropy, and equip staff to maximize their contributions to TNC's conservation outcomes. The Philanthropy Operations Learning Manager will :
They will manage guidelines and analyze factual information to achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems. They will report to leadership on activities. The Philanthropy Operations Learning Manager must be an expert (or capable of quickly gaining advanced level skill) in the systems and resources utilized by the team (Asana, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Articulate) and Development Operations staff (BBCRM and Workday); applies knowledge to managing support and designing communications related to the resources. The Philanthropy Operations Learning Manager will keep up-to-date on market trends and best practices in order to improve services. They will manage diverse tasks, analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, project outcomes, and implement solutions to improve effectiveness.

Salary Information :
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $76,500 - $111,400. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
