Experience within an organizational setting (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.).

Experience with third-party data center turn-ups and maintenance.

Ability to present materials to a range of partners on both technical and non-technical matters.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Act as a dedicated single-threaded POC to organize and manage all manual workflows surrounding third-party hardware.

Ensure quality, process improvements, and compliance standards across deployments and throughout its ongoing sustaining state.

Work with customer technical leads, executives, and partners to manage and deliver infrastructure solutions.

Work with operations managers, data center technicians, and partner teams in order to execute existing processes, improve processes and identify efficiencies that can be implemented.

Become a trusted expert in data center infrastructure solutions, and provide operational and technical advice around these technologies.
