Payroll Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Shared Services - Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of Specialists and Analysts, conducting regular meetings and evaluations

Serve as the subject matter expert on Payroll and Compensation, ensuring the team understands compensation principles and payroll processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve processes, while monitoring customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university

5 or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous management experience required

Experience leading payroll, customer service, or transactional functions preferred

Familiarity with payroll / timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office Suite
