Tennessee Licensed Automotive Service Advisor

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners

Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards

Analyze clients' business needs to create solutions and provide recommendations for service proposals and vehicle repairs

Required Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current

Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties

Six months of customer service experience required

Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required

Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
