PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Hot End Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high-temperature furnace systems (LF1 and LF2) within a fiberglass manufacturing environment. This role involves monitoring production processes, performing equipment repairs, supporting material handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This individual is expected to be a culture ambassador, exhibit a strong sense of our safety identity, as well as driving quality and optimizing plant efficiency.

Rate of Pay : $24.00 / hr. with a $0.50 night shift differential.
Reports to : Operations Leader
Schedule : Rotating shifts.
Schedules will rotate between nights and days every 28 days.
Dayshift : 6 : 45am - 7 : 00pm
Nightshift : 6 : 45pm - 7 : 00am
Weekly Schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern :
Week 1 : Work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days.
Week 2 : Off 2 days, work 2 days, then off 3 days.
