Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a PRN pool in Panorama City. This is an ongoing PRN contract with scheduling reassessed every 4 weeks to ensure shifts are consistently worked. Candidates must be reliable, proactive, and committed to patient-centered care.

Contract Details

Contract Length : Ongoing (6+ months possible)

Schedule : Minimum 12 hours per week

Shift : Days (12-hour shifts)

On-Call : None

Float Requirements : May be asked to float within scope of practice

Scheduling :

Must commit to at least 1 shift per week (if unable, this role is not a fit)

Shifts are pre-booked in advance, similar to traveler scheduling

Monthly availability must be submitted in advance

Facility may cancel shifts with at least 2 hours' notice

Requirements

Licensure : Active California RN License (if expired, must be renewed; applicants in process should contact senator's office for expedited handling)

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Experience :

Minimum 2 years RN experience

At least 1 year of ICU experience

Preferred : Travel RN experience (not required)

Soft Skills : Team-oriented, dependable, strong patient care focus

Facility Size : 218 beds

Patient Population : Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (ICU)

EMR : Epic (facility specific)

Scrubs : Royal Blue or Navy Blue

PPE : Fully provided; fit testing available on-site

Parking : On-site parking available

Pay Cycle : Weekly (Sunday–Saturday)
