Any relevant F&B or Mixology certification is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software. Must be local or able to conveniently commute. Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends. Growth mindset. Able to work independently with little to no supervision. Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A Bar Manager with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.
Expectations
- Oversee daily bar operations, inventory, and service standards.
- Train and mentor bartenders to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Design and update cocktail menus, ensuring seasonal relevance and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and control beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote specials and drive traffic.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost revenue and reduce waste.
