Job Title : Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating a stand-up forklift, assisting in the loading and unloading of kegs, and managing inventory using advanced systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be solution-oriented to ensure efficient operations in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading and loading of kegs (new and used) when trucks arrive.
• Operate a stand-up forklift and manage inventory with an RF Scanner and WMS / SAP systems.
• Receive bin numbers and locate beer pallets in the refrigerated area.
• Load and unload shipping trucks efficiently.
• Prepare packages for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse during downtime.

Work Environment

Our facility is climate controlled, with occasional access to refrigerated areas for product retrieval. The position operates on a 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, or a 3rd shift from 11 : 30 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The work location is in Richmond, VA.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00 / hr.
