This position serves as a team leader in the Purchasing Card section. Responsible for training staff. Responsible for auditing purchasing card charges in FLAIR daily. Responsible for processing Miscellaneous Unencumbered Payments in FLAIR. Assure receipts / invoices submitted meet the Purchasing Card guidelines, Reference Guide for State Expenditures, and Departmental policies. This requires the ability to use the FLAIR accounting reports, Financial Information System (FIS) and My Florida Market Place. Responsible for reconciling and maintaining Program Office / County Health Department inboxes.

Knowledge of the FLAIR accounting system and state disbursements procedures. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the use of database software. Incumbent must have a clear understanding of auditing principles and methodology. Incumbent must have excellent customer service skills.

Must use basic math skills to problem solve; Maintain inboxes; Requires ability to use Works, Axiom Pro, MFMP(AOD) and Financial Information Systems (FIS).
