Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM, Marketing, Comms, and Policy teams
Source and engage strong talent through various channels and develop job posts and hiring plans
Mentor peers and build scalable recruiting processes while emphasizing diversity in hiring practices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience in GTM, Sales, and / or Marketing at high-growth startups or fast-paced companies
Experience evaluating candidates for a range of business roles, including leadership positions
Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to closing
Strong organizational skills to balance multiple competing priorities
Data-focused approach to measure pipeline health and set hiring manager expectations
