Particle Technology Labs (PTL) is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build relationships, grow a sales pipeline, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of PTLs product portfolio and services.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage detailed records of prospects, customer interactions, samples, and opportunities.
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and advancing them through the sales stages.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Research leads from campaigns and other sources to tailor outreach and solutions.
- Stay informed on product applications, market trends, competitor activity, and promotional strategies.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and business development efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in science, business, or a related field.03 years of experience in sales or a related area, with a strong record of achievement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet tight deadlines.High level of adaptability, initiative, and self-motivation.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Benefits
