Surge Director of Recruiting Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
- Lead a 6-person recruiting team
- Lead the recruitment team in identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for a wide range of positions within the organization.
- Maintains and develops attrition plans
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Manage and optimize the recruitment process by utilizing effective hiring tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Maintain a strong network of industry professionals and proactively engage with potential candidates through networking events and other avenues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to actively recruit entry-level talent.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and facilitate their successful integration into the organization.
