Contract Welder Job Description

The role involves fabricating components to complete projects, which includes cutting, welding, drilling, and other techniques. The ability to work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer requirements via MIG and TIG welding is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to visualize the final assembled product before welding components.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate components using cutting, welding, drilling, and other techniques.
• Work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on subassemblies for parts used in trucks and cars.
• Visualize and plan the final assembled product before welding components.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.
